He was predeceased by: his parents, Cline A. Watson and Clara M. Watson; his son Justin William Cline Watson; and his sister Jearlene Hickman. He is survived by: his wife Robin Leigh Watson; his daughters, Jennifer Leigh Smith (Dennis) of Hanover, PA and Jamie Renee Albright of Littlestown, PA; his grandchildren, Kayleigh, Ethan, Megyn, Bryleigh, McKenna, Axl, Addisyn, Emersyn and Elijah; and his siblings, Paul A., Michael C. Watson and Barbara "Annette" Richard.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be sent to Robin Watson, 226 Church St., Hanover PA.
