It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard A. Arbogast Sr. (Taneytown, Maryland), born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on October 27, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Patrice "Patty" Arbogast; his parents, Richard P. Arbogast and Mildred Snedegar Arbogast; his son Richard A. Arbogast, Jr. of Westminster; his sister Pamela Ruszin (Rusty); and his nephew Glenn of Ocean City.
