We are sad to announce that on November 10, 2023, at the age of 86, Raymond Spicer (Taneytown, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rixie Spicer and Jean Spicer; his parents-in-law, August and Dorothy Loetz; and his son George Prager.

He is survived by: his significant other Dorothy "Ruth" Spicer; and his children, Raymond, Sue Spicer, Juanita, TJ Higley, David, Kim Spicer, Lillian, Joe Ebaugh, Richard, Andrea Spicer, Yvonne, Donnie Koontz and Vicki. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren.
