It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Hughes of Taneytown, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Smith Sr. and Gladys Smith (Parker). She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Bagwell of Taneytown and Michele Papiri (Joe) of Frankford, DE; her grandchildren, Wayne Hudson, Brittany Mascolo, Joey Papiri, Lindsay Bagwell, Alexis Papiri and Justin Bagwell; her great grandchild Way'Lynn Hudson; and her siblings, Barbara Holland (Jim) of Manchester, Deb Smith of Mechanicsville, VA and Owen Smith Jr. of Westminster.
