She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Brown; her children, Donna Ruhl and David Brown; and her sister Elizabeth James-Levandowski. She is survived by: her son-in-law Mark Ruhl; her grandson Evan Ruhl; and her brothers, William James, George James and Kenneth James.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home (136 E Baltimore St, Taneytown, MD 21787).
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Humane Society of Carroll County in Patricia's memory—just as she gave so generously of her heart throughout her life.
