He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Alvoy Fogle, Sr. and Dorothy Alice Fogle (Fox); and his sisters, Darlene Fogle and Sheila Fogle. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his sons, Brian Fogle (Heather) of Taneytown and David Fogle of Taneytown; and his sister Wanda Enright of Gettysburg, PA. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Oscar's name to Grace Rocky Hill Evangelical Lutheran Church at the above address.
