She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Smith and Isabel Smith (Cavanaugh); and her husband Richard Anthony Kowalski. She is survived by: her son Mark Kowalski (Pamela) of Gettysburg, PA; her grandsons, Matthew and Daniel Kowalski; her sister Eileen Romano (Al) of Las Vegas, NV; her nephew Jay Romano (Stephanie); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Isabella and Las Vegas.
