He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Lewis and Audry Lewis; his former wife Geraldine G Lewis; and his siblings, Howard Lewis Jr., Arthur Lewis, Marie Lewis and Leoan Cutlip.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Lewis; his children, Michael H. Lewis of Rocky Ridge, MD and Shelley P. Lindsay (Dave) of Dallastown, PA; his grandson Kevin M. Lewis (Jessica) of Hagerstown, MD; his brother Vesper Lewis of Renick, WV; and his siblings-in-law, Harriet Harman of New Oxford, PA and Larry Boyer of New Oxford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethel Assembly of God (1125 Frederick Pike, Littlestown, PA 17340).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Heart Association and The American Cancer Society.
