He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Lewis and Audry Lewis; his former wife Geraldine G Lewis; and his siblings, Howard Lewis Jr., Arthur "Buck" Lewis, Marie Lewis and Leoan Cutlip.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Lewis; his children, Michael H. Lewis of Rocky Ridge, MD and Shelley P. Lindsay (Dave) of Dallastown, PA; his grandson Kevin M. Lewis (Jessica) of Hagerstown, MD; his brother Vesper Lewis of Renick, WV; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Lewis of Lewisburg, WV, Gene Perry of Keswick, VA, Harriet Harman of New Oxford, PA and Larry Boyer of New Oxford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
