She was predeceased by: her parents, Norbert Milner Bull, Sr. and Dorcus Willella Damuth (Martin); her husband Earl Kenneth Lookingbill; her stepfather Charles William Damuth; and her sibling Reaba Edna Damuth.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Black of Taneytown and Norma Lynn Austin (Craig) of Taneytown; her siblings, Norbert Milner, Lillian Bull, Richard Leroy "Dicky" Bull and Rebecca Ellen Valianti; and her grandchildren, Mitchell, Brenden, Dillen and Evan Austin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Linda's name may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1004 N. Juniata Street, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648.
