She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis William and Brenda Joyce Welsh (Rexrode); and her brother William Francis Welsh. She is survived by: her children, Jessica N. Rasinski of Taneytown, Jaime N. Rasinski (Anthony Fontanez) of Elkton, Justine E. Przybyla of Taneytown, Joyce E. Welsh of Taneytown and Jennifer N. Welsh of Taneytown; her grandchildren, Sofialynn, Sadie, Aubrie, Carlyle, Makenna, Amelia and Alexandrea; and her significant other Charles "Mike" Fritz of Taneytown.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with final expenses.
