Talbert of Taneytown; his sister Caroline N. Foster (Monica Kuykendall) of Biglerville, PA; his stepson Nathan D. Talbert (Stacy); his stepgrandchild Lexi of Keymar, MD; his nephew Jonathon Kuykendall; his nieces, Heidi-Megan Dittmar and Kristina Rodriguez; and his great-niece Ailynn Dittmar. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
