She was predeceased by: her parents, Fleet Howard Gall and Anna Mary Gall (Baumgardner); her spouse Robert Michael Hess; her brothers, Joseph T. Gall and David C. Gall; and her nephew Gordon G. Gall.
She is survived by: her children, Anna Marie Perry (Steven M. Perry) of Moore, S. C., Robert Daniel Hess of Frederick, Shelley Lorraine Hess (Brian Smith) of Taneytown and Joseph Travis Hess (Anna E. Hess) of Fairfield, PA; her grandchildren, Dalton M. Perry (Miranda), Dylan J. Perry, Annabelle J. Perry, Jacob Hess, Natalie R. Hess, Molly A. Hess and Adele J. Hess; her great grandchildren, Zack and Averly Hess; her nephew Conrad Gall; her cousin Linda S. Knox; and her sister-in-law Alba Bouey.
