She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsworth Arthur and Elsie Arthur (Tomms); her former husband Richard P. Beckwith; and her sister Shirley Hartman. She is survived by: her spouse Willard P. Winters; her children, Deborah Eckert of Westminster, Richard Beckwith, Jr. (Angie) of St. Leonard and Wayne Beckwith (Shelia) of Dallas, TX; and her sister Phyllis Schanberger of Westminster.
