He was predeceased by : his parents, George Cleaver and Catherine Cleaver; and his siblings-in-law, Marcus Marshall and Trish Cleaver. He is survived by : his significant other Mary Cleaver (Ruth); his sons, Joseph (Jessica) of Bel Air and Martin of Turners Falls; his grandchildren, Cavett and Hunter; his brothers, Greg, Joe (Eileen), Tom (Kerry) and John Cleaver; and his sisters-in-law, Vicki Marshall, Anna Stewart (Jeff), Betty Gettier and Jane Grabowski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services (254 E Main St, Westminster, MD 21157).
