He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Isner and Evelyn Isner (Goode); his spouse Marian Zak Isner; his daughter Kimberly Ann Isner of Harpers Ferry, WV; his siblings, Thaddeus P. Isner (Hilda) of Dundalk, MD, Roger R. Isner of Lutherville, MD, Elizabeth Mann (Ellis) of Elkins, WV and Loweta Ross of Elkins, WV.; his grandchildren, Raquel Treuting, Nolan Vecchioni and Connor Vecchioni; his great grandchildren, Kaden and Holden; his stepchildren, Dawn Marie Baletka, Joseph Zak, Cheryl Lardiari and Eric Zak; and his brothers, James W. Isner and Richard Isner. He was also cherished by 10 step grandchildren and 4 great step grandchildren; 6 nephews and 2 nieces.
