He is survived by: his children, Anita "Fuzzy" Brooks Lewis (Jonathan) of Union Bridge, Herbert L. Brooks, Jr. (Lisa) of Owings Mills, Tisha Brooks Hebron (William, Jr.) of New Windsor and Joseph Brooks (Kenyatta) of Taneytown; his sister Paula Brooks; his grandchildren, Tessa of Miranda, J. B., Jordan, Drake, Ava and Sarah; and his great grandchild Mia.
