He is survived by: his significant other Jean Tracey; his stepdaughter Tisha Tracey-Miller (Richard) of Taneytown; his grandson Derek Miller; his sister Mary Elizabeth Gillin of Havertown, PA; his brother-in-law Robert Blubaugh, Sr. of Westminster; his nephew Robert Blubaugh, Jr.; his nieces, Melissa Moshang, Heather Murray, Hilary Bell and Katie Corbin; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Zimmerman and Robert Ott of Taneytown.
