He is survived by: his wife Mary Robertson Black; and his stepchildren, John Black Jr. (Brenda Joy) of Taneytown and Stacy Black Hann (Paul Sr.) of Taneytown.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home (136 E Baltimore St, Taneytown, MD 21787). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
