She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Raymond and Teresia Lewis (Cook); and her husband Joseph Charles Watkins. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Watkins of Taneytown, Charles Watkins (Karen) of Damascus and Jennifer Clinger (Stephen) of Ellicott City; and her sister-in-law Claire Watkins of Gainesville, VA. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Dotty's name may be made to the charity of one's choice.
