She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rafferty and Helen Rafferty (Bender); and her brother John "Jackie" Rafferty. She is survived by: her children, Eileen Rambo of Hanover, PA, Donna Trado of Taneytown, William Trado (Diane) of Rehoboth, DE, Christopher Trado of Elkridge and Patricia Coman (David) of Phoenix, AZ; and her sister Mary Rafferty of Monsey, NY. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Dottie's name to the charity of one's choice.
