She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Frank Otter and Evelyn Catherine Otter; and her husband Albert Leroy Schmitz, Jr.. She is survived by: her cousin Edith; her children, Francis Steven Schmitz (Judy) and Joyce Marie Anderson; her grandchildren, Melissa, Kyle (Lauren), Taylor (Elle Wilson), Kristina, Samantha and Jessica (Joshua); and her great grandchildren, Colton, Kennedy, Cayson and Paxton.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Bridginglife-Dove House, 292 Stoner Ave., Westminster, MD 21157.
