He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Harold Feeser and Hilda Waltz Feeser; his son David Wayne Feeser; and his sister Beverly Ann Feeser. He is survived by: his stepmother Patricia Feeser of Hanover; his wife Helen Feeser; his daughter-in-law Tina Feeser of Taneytown; his siblings, Daniel Feeser (Amy) and Kathy McMaster of Hanover; his grandchildren, Brittany Neal (Eddie) of Taneytown and Brian Feeser (Jennifer) of Littlestown; and his great grandchildren, Mitchell, Makenzie, Atley and Ali.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Carroll County 4-H and FFA Fair, 700 Agriculture Center, Westminster, MD 21157.
