She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton L. Kelly and Rosa C. Kelly; her husband Charles Monroe Clapsaddle; her sons, Michael M. and Steven Kelly Clapsaddle; her grandson Kelly Clapsaddle; her brother Clinton Kelly; and her sister-in-law Ann Kelly.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Brenda Clapsaddle Taneytown and Bonnie Clapsaddle of Union Bridge; her grandson Scott Clapsaddle; her great grandchild Emily Clapsaddle; and her nephew Chris Kelly.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Cemetery (44 Frederick St, Taneytown, MD 21787).
