He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Warren, Sr. and Ida (Teal); his stepfather Dan; his wife Juanita Warren (Carmel); and his brothers, Rocky and Danny.
He is survived by: his children, David Warren (Linda) of Gamber, Cheri Carrigo (Ron) of Taneytown, Rocky Warren (Michelle) of Port Orchard, WA, Danny Warren (Linda) of Hanover, PA and Kathy Brady (James) of Berkeley Springs, WV; his siblings, Kitty Hill of Sykesville and David; his stepchildren, Mike, Robbie and Sabrina; and his grandchildren, Corrie, Stephanie, Danielle, Holly, Leah, Michael, Andy, Sean, Chris and Brett. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; a niece; and 4 nephews.
