It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Nicholls (Taneytown, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on October 5, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fraley and Mary L. Fraley (Ward); and her brother Joseph Wheeler. She is survived by: her husband Paul Thomas "Tom" Nicholls; her children, Dawn Garrett (John) of Taneytown, Jennifer Nicholls of Philadelphia and Jason Nicholls of Baltimore; her grandchildren, Richard House, III of Taneytown and Jordan Garrett of New Oxford, PA; and her brother Robert Fraley of Edgemere. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
