We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2023, at the age of 79, Carl Eugene Ebaugh of Taneytown, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul E. Ebaugh and Thelma R. Ebaugh; his wife Barbara Ann Ebaugh; his children, Kurt Ebaugh (Shannon) of Lansing, KS and Heike Mills (Todd) of Morgantown, WV; his grandchildren, Gibson Ebaugh, Jurek Mills and Nathaniel Mills; and his great grandchild Elliott Mills.
