It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Jane Grossnickle of Taneytown, Maryland, who passed away on December 20, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Franklin Black, Sr. and Alice Black (Hossler) of Virginia; her son Michael Robert Grossnickle; and her siblings, Nancy Lescalleet, Anna Mae Burdette, Helen Utz, Dorothy Boone, John Black, Sr., Benjamin Black, Jr. and Harry Black.
She is survived by: her niece Lisa Hemler (Joe) of Taneytown; and her brother Elmer Black (Mary) of Taneytown. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
