She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Manahan and Viola Bond Manahan; her husband Herman M. Arrington; her son Ray B. Arrington; and her siblings, Griffith, Herman, LeVere, Wilford, Emerson, Hazel and Vivian.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Esther C. Arrington of Westminster; her grandchildren, Teresa A. Ridinger (Arthur) of Taneytown and Melvin R. Arrington (Melanie) of Taneytown; her great grandchildren, Jason A. Ridinger (Brooke), Amy T. Vargas (Darvin), Kevin A. Ridinger (Sandy), Kayla D. Carr (Justin) and Ryan M. Arrington; and her great great grandchildren, Hope L. Ridinger, Dylan M. Ridinger, Owen W. Carr, Donovan A. Vargas, Morgan G. Ridinger, Emma M. Carr and Román A. Vargas.
