It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Benjamin Franklin Rock Jr. of Taneytown, Maryland, who passed away on March 16, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son John William Rock, Sr.; his grandson Jason Dwayne Kreit; his siblings, Robert Rock and Isabelle Rentsel; and his pet Frank.
He is survived by: his wife Gladys Helen Rock; his children, Donald Lee Rock (Peggy Marie), Carol Louise Kreit, Barbara Marie Sanders (Rodney), Eugene Wayne Rock (Beverly Stanley), Margaret Ann Keister, Edward Stuart Rock (Erin Dawson), Timothy Paul Rock (Jenn Baker) and Steven Joseph Rock (Kim); and his brother Lee Rock (Diane). He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
