It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Lutz of Taneytown, Maryland, who passed away on February 5, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brothers, Leon Edward Wilhide, Jr. and Theodore Harper Wilhide. She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen Ann Lutz; and her granddaughters, Jessica Ann Meehling (Joseph S. Meehling) of Frederick, Heather Christine Corbin (Brent A. Corbin) of Smithsburg, Margaret Joanna Uhland, Kaitlyn McGill Spielman (Bradley M. Spielman) of Greencastle, PA and Emily Michelle Folger (Jonathan W. Folger) of Laguna Vista, TX. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a private funeral service for family will be held at Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home in Taneytown on Wednesday, February 17th.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Kidney Foundation at http://www.kidneyfund.org.
