He was predeceased by: his parents, George Calvin and Ethel Romaine Rill (Caltrider); his wife Barbara Jean Rill; his son Bradley Edward Rill; and his siblings, James Rill, George Rill, Jr., Steve Rill, Barry Rill and Gloria Wike (Rill).
He is survived by: his sons, Rusty Rill (Barb) of Taneytown, Johnny Rill (Amy) of Taneytown and Dwayne Rill of Taneytown; his daughters-in-law, Nicole Newman and Shannon Lamer of Taneytown; his brothers, Harold Caltrider of Manchester, Van Rill of Manchester and Randy Rill of Taneytown; and his caregiver Tiffani Dull. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
