He is survived by: his father Charles L. Acker; his children, Corwin Acker II, Cody Acker (Bria), Coen Acker and Alexis Acker; his siblings, Carlos Acker (Mary) and Carlana Acker; his stepsister Arlise Davis; his aunts, Velma Koen and Faye Acker; his cousin Terrance Koen (Anette); his nephews, Brandon Castleberry, Christopher Acker and Brady Acker; and his wife Shawna Napper-Acker Ball (Allen Ball).
