It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Marie Dawson of Takoma Park, Maryland, who passed away on July 15, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Palmer and Richard Neil Manner; and her son Darrell. She is survived by: her brothers, Glenn Russell (Mary) and Richard Neil Manner (Gail); her husband Harlan Ray "Pops" Dawson, Sr.; her son Harlan Ray Dawson, Jr.; her daughters-in-law, Linda Ruth Dawson, Tammy Rothgeb Dawson and Chayna Bryant-Dawson; her siblings-in-law, Joyce Hart and Clifford Dawson (Jean); her grandchildren, Christopher, Ashley, David Richard, Billy Ray, Kevin Dawson and Tiffany Burdynski (Dawson); and her great grandchildren, Drako and Decklan Dawson.
