She was predeceased by: her husband Steven K Smith; her brother James Martin; her brothers-in-law, Roger Lafferty, Douglas Bare and David Smith; and her nephew William Jenkins.

She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer L Boyle; her grandchildren, Dylan of Venice Florida, Landyn of Venice Florida and Kynleigh of Venice Florida; her brother Robert Martin (Janet Lafferty); her sisters-in-law, Margie Martin, Karen Bare and Debbie Smith; and her nieces and nephews, Carol Reed, Laura Beall (David), Kelli Jenkins, Christina Smith (Leroy), Stephen Martin (Lisa) and Timothy Martin (Gretchen).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be to Locust Grove Church or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
