He is survived by: his wife Debbie Lewis; his children, Jamie Harrison (Tom), Kevin Lewis (Chelsi) and Jennifer Lewis; his grandchildren, Bryce, Brielle, Tucker Harrison, Cassi, Kaydance and Levi Lewis; his brother Doug Lewis, Sr.; his niece Stephanie Lewis; and his nephew Doug Lewis, Jr..
