He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Haines and Evelyn Haines (Bair); his grandchild Becca; and his siblings, Winifred Harrison, Virginia Bidinger and Nevin Haines.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Ruth Haines Born (Brown); his sons, Timothy Haines (Jennifer) of Hampstead and Christopher Haines of Sykesville; his grandchildren, Madeline, Emma, Christopher "Bryce" and Sarah Haines; and his brothers, Donald and Larry Haines.
