The memory of Patricia Blair (Sykesville, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on January 9, 2025 at the age of 80, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward Downs and Gertrude Downs (Milstein); and her sister Marguerite Downs. She is survived by: her husband Michael Blair; her sons, Dave Blair (Laura) and Scott Blair (Maha); her siblings, Jim Downs (Susan) and Judy Dubick (Howard); and her grandchildren, Nicole, Natalie, Adam, Dylan and Julianna.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (915 Liberty Rd, Sykesville, MD 21784). Please RSVP to Scott Blair 410-917-6068 if you plan to attend reception.
