He is survived by: his children, Michael Steinhice (Elyse), Amanda Goldfeder (Brian), Tyler Steinhice (Emily) and Alison Steinhice; and his siblings, Sharon Franklin, Karen Steinhice, Lisa Steinhice, Jaclyn Harmon and Kevin Steinhice. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Johns Hopkins Hospital ICU.
