She is survived by: her children, William Edward Tugwell, Jr. (Debra) of Sykesville and Jacqueline Elizabeth Coates of St. Petersburg, FL; her sisters, Betty June Bizzarri of Naples, FL and Judy Mae Cunningham of Oakland, MD; her grandchildren, Nicole Tugwell, Melissa Black (Patrick), Christopher Tugwell (Kristen), Kimberley Tugwell, James Coates, Sarah Coates, Matthew Seldomridge and Davis Seldomridge; and her great grandchildren, Skylar Tugwell, Brooks Tugwell, Shaniyah Tugwell, Carly Black and Thomas Black.
