It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Marie Fritts of Sykesville, Maryland, who passed away on December 14, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lois Marie Fritts to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Anderson and Merle Anderson (Morris); her husband Charles Fritts; her former husbands, Elmer Dreyer and John Kreiner; her children, Donna Smith, Robert Dreyer and John Bruce Dreyer; and her grandson William Michael Hogan.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Sandra Hopkins (Edgar Jr.), Denise Clarius (Glen), Donald Fritts, Larry Fritts (Diana) and William Fritts (Laura); her daughter-in-law Rita Dreyer; and her grandchildren, Julie Nester, Jeffrey Smith, Timothy Smith, John Bradley Dreyer, Renee Schreiber, Luke Fritts, Lauren Fritts, Matthew Fritts, Jonathan Fritts, Lisa Libdan, Timothy Fritts, David Fritts, Steven Fritts, Carol Gallagher and Sarah Calender. She is also survived by 33 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Abingdon-McComas Family Funeral Homes (1317 Cokesbury Rd, Abingdon, MD 21009). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at the Bel Air Memorial Gardens (809 Rock Spring Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014).
