It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lester Wriston Jr. of Sykesville, Maryland, who passed away on January 17, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Wriston, Sr. and Ella Upperman; and his brothers, Chester, Robert and Paul Upperman.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Wriston; his daughters, Leslie Lynn Tomaino and Christina May Hillyer; his grandchildren, Cameron Tomaino, Alexander Tomaino and Lucianna Tomaino; and his siblings, Della Noyes, Barbara Richardson, Doug Upperman, Warren Wriston and Tracy Wriston. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel (412 Washington Rd, Westminster, MD 21157). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
