He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Ignatius (Adams); his parents, Joseph Ignatius and Mary Ann Ignatius (Baskitis); his son Benjamin; his brother Vince Ignatius; his mother-in-law Mary Ann Adams; and his sister-in-law Nancy Holt.
He is survived by: his son Joseph Ignatius, III (Jonathan Castillo) of Baltimore, MD; his sisters, Mary Jo and Judy Ignatius of Elizabeth, PA; his father-in-law Sylvester Adams of Sykesville, MD; and his nieces and nephews, Thomas, Cassie Ignatius, Robert Banks (Joanna), Jennifer Butler (Gerry) and Laura Ross (Brian).
In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to Saint Vincent de Paul of Baltimore, the American Lung Association, and Angel of Hope of Maryland.
