He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest R. Lillard and Margret E. Lillard; his wife Krista Lillard; and his grandson Joshua Phelps. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Phelps (Jon) of Hagerstown and Matthew Lillard (Paula) of Leonardtown; his brother James Lillard (Sharon) of Frederick; and his grandchildren, Garret Phelps, Regan Lillard and Riley Lillard. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
