It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doris Marie Schneider (Sykesville, Maryland), who passed away on February 6, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ray Schneider; her children, Dan, Anne Stachura, Adam and Tina Stachura; her stepson Michael Schneider; her grandchildren, Jordan Stachura and Allie Stachura; her parents, Norman Figgs and Catherine Figgs (Thiess); and her siblings, Cas Meyers, Betty Shover, Norman Figgs Jr. and Mary Figgs. She was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Olive Grove (705 N Hammonds Ferry Rd, Linthicum Heights, MD 21090).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her memory to Bello Machre or Opportunity Builders Inc. The Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home 6028 Sykesville Road in Eldersburg is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
