She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Milton Minton and Matilda Young Minton; and her husband Luther Levern Budd. She is survived by: her sons, William Budd (Ginny) and Luther Budd.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Memorial Gardens (3221 Mattawoman Beantown Rd, Waldorf, MD 20601).
