Hammack Sr. and Liza Quayle Hammack of Mount Airy; his wife Rachel Morrison Hammack; his sister Emily Lyles (Phil); his nieces and nephews, Chase and Olivia Lyles; his parents-in-law, Rick and Judy Morrison; his sister-in-law Laura Ginsberg (Brian); his grandfather Harold Quayle; his grandfather-in-law Sara Lee Jacobson; his uncle Hal Quayle (Mary); his aunts, Meredith Murray (Brian) and Betsey Collins; and his cousins, Landon Quayle (Chia), Britton Quayle (Ashley) and Devon Murray. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
Due to the rising Covid positivity rates, the family requests masks be worn indoors.
