He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Myers and Eloise Myers. He is survived by: his wife Karen Frazee Myers; his daughters, Rebecca Spencer (Bob), Sara Franklin (Bill), Anna Brenes (Rodrigo) and Barbara Miller (Richard); his stepchildren, Adrian "Tack" Spiker of McHenry, MD and Betsy Holcomb (Bob); and his sister Jean K. Myers.

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, a memorial service and reception to celebrate Tom's life will be held mid-summer.
