Harvey (Loch Lynn, MD) and Rita J. Harvey Miske (Curtis); his brother Arthur Harvey of Portland, OR; his grandchildren, Chad T. Harvey, Kenneth J. Harvey (Clarissa), Alexandra P. Miske Mays (Justin), Rachel L. Harvey and Victoria M. Miske; and his great grandchildren, Kiliegh R. Harvey and Annalyse J. Harvey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
