He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Clark (Vandebogart) and William H. Clark; and his brother William H. Clark, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Toby" Lyons Clark; his son Robert Sheldon Clark, Jr. (Teresa Clark); his grandsons, Robert "Trey" Sheldon Clark, III and Tyler Scott Clark; his sister-in-law Marjory D. Lyons; and his nieces and nephews, Karen Blane, Scott Clark, Gregg Clark, Gail Harpold, Peter Jefferson, Timothy Jefferson and Michael Jefferson.
