He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Cadenhead and Mavis Cadenhead of Hattiesburg, MS.; and his sister Betty Jo Sims (Betsy) of Pensacola, Florida.. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Cadenhead; his sons, Mike and Larry; his daughter-in-law Michelle; and his grandsons, Luke and Josh.
